WJEC Eduqas regional support extended

Since 2015, the England regional support team has been on hand to support schools and colleges in the delivery of WJEC and Eduqas qualifications.  Following the success of this initiative, we are pleased to welcome a new team member, Ant Fleming, who will be representing us in East Anglia, East London and Kent.

Ant has had a long career teaching geography and leading departments in a variety of schools, and, since 2002, has also held a number of assessment positions at WJEC.  This background in varied aspects of education has prepared him well for his new role.

Hugh Lester, WJEC Eduqas England Stakeholder Engagement Executive, said:  "We're delighted to have Ant on board.  This addition to the strong team will ensure that the needs of our centres in the east of the country are well catered for as we continue to grow."

The WJEC Eduqas regional support team provide guidance to teachers, senior management and exams officers on our range of qualifications, online resources and tools, CPD and curriculum developments. Further details may be found on our Regional Support Team webpage, or by contacting Hugh directly.
