Message from Joanna Moonan, Chair of the Board of Directors for WJEC Eduqas

“Following the cancellation of the summer examinations, WJEC Eduqas has worked with schools, colleges and Qfqual to ensure that learners receive their results on time so that they can progress to their next destination.

We recognise that the new approach has caused distress and uncertainty for some learners and for that we apologise.

We have implemented all of the recently proposed changes so that learners can be confident they have received their grades based on those that their centres had predicted they would achieve.  

Today they collect their GCSE results and they should be proud of their achievements. We wish them the very best.

On behalf of the WJEC Eduqas Board of Directors, I would like to congratulate learners and thank schools, colleges and WJEC Eduqas colleagues for all their hard work and dedication in working together to provide learners with their outcomes today.”
