The information below notes some of the important dates, deadlines, and reminders for Exams Officers this month. Full Key Dates documents for various levels of qualification can be found here.
June 2025 Series Entries
For many qualifications (including all GCSE and GCE subjects), the deadline to make entries for the June 2025 series is 21st February 2025, with an amendment window open until 18th March 2025.

November Series
- The final deadline for Post-Results Services for the November 2024 examination series, including clerical checks and reviews of marking, is 13th February 2025. Full details of our Post-Results Services can be found here.
- 13th February 2025 is also the deadline for ‘retrospective’ applications for Special Consideration for the November 2024 series.
- Certificates for the November 2024 examination series will also be issued near the end of February.
Access to Scripts
Please note that the final date on which electronic copies of scripts can be accessed via Portal from the June 2024 series is 22nd February.
June 2025 Stationery Despatches
Our Despatch team will be providing centres with examination stationery, such as blank answer booklets, in readiness for the June series. This process begins in December 2024 and continues into March 2025.
Please remember that answer books must be stored securely at all times, in accordance with JCQ requirements, and must not be used for controlled assessments, internal school tests or mock examinations.
