What time do live online courses take place?
Individual event timings vary, but we aim to schedule our online courses near the end of the school day (between 3.30pm 6:00pm), to better fit around your teaching.
What equipment do I need to take part?
You can access our online training space using most devices with an internet connection and speakers/headphones, but we recommend using a laptop or desktop PC.
How do I get access to an online course?
After you book a place on one of our Live Online Courses, you will receive an email explaining how to join the event. This email will include the link you need to take part on the day, as well as links to download any pre-event training materials you need.
We’ll also provide details of how to get in touch if you experience any technical problems.
