May 2025	Centres to complete and sign off Head of Centre declaration form by 01/05/2025 (provided all information is in order) WJEC to present centres with entries for checking (not listed previously) on 02/05/25 WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding HOC declarations from 05/05/2025 Centres Internal Assessment (IAMIS) submission deadline and upload of samples of evidence by 15/05/2025 WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding IAMIS outcomes on 23/05/2025 WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding samples of evidence by 30/05/2025WJEC to follow-up any centres with missing scripts from 21/05/2025
June 2025	WJEC request additional / second samples of work for upload to assist with external moderation from 03/06/2025 WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding HOC declarations from 04/06/2025
