May 2025	Centres to complete and sign off Head of Centre declaration form by 01/05/2025 (provided all information is in order) WJEC to present centres with entries for checking (not listed previously) on 02/05/25 WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding HOC declarations from 05/05/2025
June 2025	Centre’s Internal Assessment (IAMIS) submission deadline and upload of samples of evidence by 18/06/2025 WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding IAMIS outcomes on 26/06/2025
July 2025	WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding samples of evidence by 03/07/2025 WJEC request additional / second samples of work for upload to assist with external moderation from 08/07/2025 WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding IAMIS outcomes for a final time before escalation on 15/07/2025 Any outstanding HOC declaration, missing scripts or internal assessment submissions and escalations resolved by 18/07/2025
August 2025	Centres release VTQ results to candidates on 14/08/2025
