Entry Level 3 / Level 1 Securing Employment

Securing Employment qualifications have been designed to develop learners’ skills in finding and applying for suitable job and training opportunities. Units in these qualifications will support learners in applying for and gaining employment. They are focused on developing learners’ skills in looking for and applying for a job, in recognising and developing learners’ own skillset, and in performing effectively at interviews so as to put themselves in the best possible position to gain employment in a completive jobs market.   

WJEC Preparing for Employment qualifications are part of WJEC’s Pathways to Employment suite of qualifications, designed to support learners aged 16 and over to get training, work experience and paid job opportunities.
